Acceptance of Terms
By using FLIXY, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
FLIXY is intended for adults aged 18 and above.
Accounts
FLIXY does not require account registration. Access is managed exclusively through subscriptions.
Subscriptions
- Premium features are available via subscription only.
- Subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Your purchase is governed by Google Play’s terms and policies.
- We manage access using your subscription status and a User ID.
Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app.
- Do not attempt to circumvent subscription checks or security.
- Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws.
Content and License
FLIXY grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Termination
We may suspend or discontinue access if you violate this Agreement or if your subscription expires.
Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. We only handle User ID and subscription information. All other data resides on your device.
Disclaimers
FLIXY is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLIXY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
